Pursuing Greatness Elite
Pursuing Greatness Elite is a travel basketball organization designed to develop complete players who understand the game, respect the process, and grow both on and off the court. Development always comes before winning — every practice, workout, and competition is designed to improve every day, and wins are a byproduct of growth, not the goal.
What Your Child Gets
Your child gets weekly practices, weekly skill development sessions, player evaluations, film study, strength and conditioning, and mentorship — plus structured team concepts rooted in fundamentals, basketball IQ development, togetherness, discipline, and a love of learning.
Travel Ball — $1000
$1000 for the entire summer session. Includes weekly practices, 8–10 tournaments, player evaluations, film study, and weekly skill development sessions. The only other costs are uniform, travel, and lodging.
Elite OTR — $2500
$2500 for the travel ball season, March–July, with all showcase fees included. Includes 3 weekly practices, 8 circuit showcases, top-level college exposure, game film, and a college recruiting package. OTR teams are for 15U–17U only.
17U Elite on the OTR Circuit
Our 17U Elite team is our premier platform, competing on the OTR Circuit against high-level college talent from across the region and the country, with college coaches frequently in attendance — built for players serious about development and ready to compete against the best.

Our Partnership with Compound Athletics NC
Pursuing Greatness Elite has partnered with Compound Athletics NC, a private, coach-led training facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Through this partnership, PG Elite players get dedicated strength and conditioning sessions, plus mobility, speed, and agility training — complementing their on-court basketball development with the physical side of the game. Compound Athletics NC is a 3,000 sq ft private training facility with a 50 ft indoor turf field and a training court, where every session is coached and programmed — no open gym, no crowds. Their basketball skill development covers ball-handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and basketball IQ, with athletes grouped by age and skill level.
